Owner-chef Tia beautifully presents the cuisine of her heritage, gracing Hickory with traditional Thai and Laotian dishes. In fact, food is the stand-out in the simple space, courtesy of fresh ingredients and judicious spicing. Stir-fried dishes, curries, and noodle entrees studded with meats, vegetables, and herbs prove the kitchen's skills. Their heat level can be altered to your taste, but if you overdo it, temper everything with one of the delectable, homemade fruit ice creams.
